After many trial and error and discussions with staff and customers I have decided to remove the Help Desk and the many sub-forums in the Customers Support Area, in favor of vBulletin Forum.
We have a great platform to work with and decided to make use of it for better clearer and faster support.
Customers will find that I have re-arranged the support forums and added simple thread Prefixes to help you easily tag your support request with your specific product.
I also posted some guidelines on how to request support.
Following the new guidelines should help speed up support issues.
I know is not much but I think it will help everyone in the long run.
