problem buying skin

please help me i'm trying to buy a skin but the paypal won't let me buy it. in addition to that amazon i can buy stuff with it perfectly

what do you mean by paypal won't let you buy it?
We do not have any restriction on who can buy and who can't.
Could you please take a screenshot or at least note of the error that you are receiving and lt me know? Really appreciate it.
You are the first person that is experiencing this issue and I would like to look into it further.

well, it tells me the card is not working please try another one. but if i try to buy from amazon, vBulletin, vbseo...... etc for the same amount of money it goes well and works. that's my problem

You might have to contact paypal and ask them why your card is rejected.
I have not place any restriction with our payment.
Is very odd indeed.
I can try asking paypal but I know for a fact that you as a buyer will have much better chance in getting an answer from them since is your Credit card that is rejected.

Let me know how it goes if you decided to follow that up.
