Satellite Style after upgrade to 3.5

Hi Guy's

I have the Satellite skin and upgraded from 3.0.3 to 3.5.3 and I now have loads of problems.
Do I now have to perchase and download the one for 3.5.3?

I can find my account info and there is none of my post's on the board anymore. I have the zip file and its called satellite style.zip.

Also the license agrement quotes the following;

Upon purchasing any vbulletinstyle.com product you agree to the following:
1) Refunds will only be issued if the problem could not have been foreseen. Prior to purchasing the style you have selected it is strongly recommended that you test it by using our demo.
2) Authorisation from vbulletinstyles.com to use any style you have purchased is strictly limited to one instance of application (i.e. strictly one domain on one server).
3) You are permitted to alter the code and images of the style you have purchased. It is also acceptable to use the images on your actual website.
4) Under no circumstances is the code of the style you have purchased (original or modified) permitted to be distributed to other parties. Exceptions will only be made with written permission from vbulletinstyles.com.
5) All copyright notices must remain in the templates unless a copyright removals license is purchased.
6) On breach of any of these clauses vbulletinstyles.com will immediately revoke your license. Furthermore, no refund will be made on license fees.

So I think you have changed domain names since I perchaced it?

This means I have no customer number to open a ticket!!

PS. I have'nt got a problem paying for a new skin as long as it is 3.5.3.

HI, we didn't change domain name....
In order to process your account I will require your paypal transaction id,
you can find it by logging into your paypal account and look for the transaction history.
That will take care of thing so that we can verify your account
Satellite skin is up to version 3.5.3 and you can view a demo on our forums.

Hi Miko

Have you an update on this? I’m having problems at the mo trying to get my old skin to work with the new CMPS but when I have sorted that I will need the new Satellite 3.5.3 because the old one has issues when you upgrade.

It seems to have problems with some of the dropdowns in the forums and the footer doesn’t look correct.

Anyway let me know if you can find the Paypal transaction, if not I will just create a new member account by purchasing one of your styles.:unsure:

I use Satellite style on my 353 forums and don't have ANY issues with CMPS.

I looked at your site! Have you read my post in the link??

If you have you will see the images and screen caps there to show you the problems!! The old CMPS did'nt pull the Table Header class as it dose now.

All the blocks on my home page matched before. Now some do some dont, I have dark blue Table Headers on some and not on others!

Ok I got a customer login now as I have paid for the style again! Sorry but I cant wait as I have done the upgrade and want to get on.

Can I ask whats the diference between the

Satellite and Satellite# xml files?
