I'm currently using BlueFox for VB 3.7.x and I have done some modifications that I don't want to lose. I only have about 11-12 template edits to do. Is their a way in which I can simple do the template edits on my current version of BlueFox so that I don't lose all of my settings?

You could try installing the 3.8.1 version as a new style, then compare the two.

Personally, I use WinMerge (http://winmerge.org/). It's free and open source for Windows.
