Hi, just downloaded an updated style and realised that we now have to set a URL, that is fair enough, however you also state that no refunds are available, that is also okay, however can we change this UR at a later date?

I have ust changed my forums URL for better SEO from thislive.co.uk to computerhelpboard.com surely you are not telling me that in the future I wouldn't be able to do this?

Even with vbulletin we are able to vhange the URL of the active license, are you restricting this?. If you are I would not become a returning customer.

Also a few months ago I contacted you regarding the satellite skin which was avaible in the old downloads area, you never responded even although you requested information when the new downloads area was started. So are you going to extend my access to this skin?.

yes you can change the url at any given time by contacting us :)
