You guys have ridiculous dead support. You provide no support for services paid for.

You Miko ignored a very simple pm I sent you on July 21st. You logged in more than once afterwards and completely disrespectfully disregarded my pm. Have some consideration for those who provide you your income. There are many competitors to buy from, and your skins are outdated anyway aside Element and Greenfox.

I submitted a ticket on Aug 20th, it closed without a response.

Below is a copy of my pm I sent you, even offering to buy more skins and giving you more money. I'd be stupid do that that now that I know how you do business.

I would like to purchase another skin for my talkjesus.com site. Am I entitled to use it on my other domains or just one? Can I switched licensed domain in the future if needed?

I agree with you that support with our help desk as not been the best, however I'm working hard on big changes to solve this issue.
As a first move I decided to eliminate the current help desk since it's causing more drama than helping us or our customer.

I'm sorry that I did not reply to your PM.
As you can see in my signature i rather not receive PM for support as my inbox is flooded and your PM obviously got lost in the 100s of pm that i receive weekly.

Now in answer to your question

You are entitle to use 1 license on 1 forum/domain.
You can switch domain at any given point with ease.
I cannot take any custom work, sorry.
I have a brand new skin that is almost ready and is currently being beta testet internally.

What can i say more? He did some custom work for me and i buyed a mod he already made. Both work perfect, and its good to see that he is online almost all the time. You never have to wait long for support like you have to with many other modificators sadly enough.Keep up the good work TB
