When I get to the Members area I am told I am not a Verified Customer, even though I have activated my account and logged in successfully. I got so frustrated yesterday that I gave up and carefully went thorugh the whole purpcase process AGAIN - and still can't get into the Members area.

Thanks for trying to help, but I still don't have a solution. I was 'cavery' yesterday, 'bearinsider' today.

Your founds are not yet cleared by paypal.
Once your founds are cleared, paypal will transfer your payment to us and your account will be automatically activated.

Credit Card payment with paypal allow you to download the skin instantly.

Unfortunately this is how paypal manage echecks payments and it's outside our control
