Download Element 3.7.1 in Members Area

Hello, I recently purchased the skin Element 3.7.1 but when I try to download it in Part I member falls on this message:

Please do not pirate our skins instead be nice and purchase a license

I can not download and yet my PayPal account was debited ...

This usually happens when you try to use a download manager, also firewall's can interfere as well.

Try disabling your firewall and getting the file without using a download manager.
