Ordered Skin

Hello,

I have submitted a ticket etc because I ordered a skin over 24 hrs ago and I have been unable to download it...but nobody seems to respond.
Can somebody please tell me what is going on...its all paid for but is not downloadable in the members area.

Your license is showing as active.
You can access your downloads here: http://vbstyles.com/forum/members.php
Make sure to disable any download managers if you are having any issue downloading.
If you are running a firewall or a antivirus (especially Norton products) make sure to temporally disable it as it might block your download.
