Looks great, what is powering the new members area ? I know itīs vBulletin, but is that a free or paid plugin ?

In house coding, very early alpha build after a few nights of no sleep :)

There is no demo, the Members Area is our customers area and is custom made for vbstyles.com :Love:
I really don't know why would you guys make a help desk if I can't get help threw it, i made this simple thread no help was provided, I send a ticket to the help desk, 0 help was provided. Why making something that you guys aren't even going to use or barely use well that is what i see from my experience sending a one ticket 2 days ago.

we have a help desk because it is the best way to provide fast support! :D
This thread is most certainly not the place to ask for support :Confused:
You ticket was sent on the 18th of January (Friday) and I posted a reply today 19th of January (Saturday).
Considering that we do offer support during business hours Monday to Friday a response time of 24 hours during the week end is not bad if you ask me.
As for accusing us of making something (help desk) that we barely use, you just have no idea on how many ticket we receive daily and they all get sorted within hours.
If you want more proof I will be more than happy to provide you with screenshots and detailed report of response times.
and finally the customers forums are exactly that user to user forums as official support is provided in the help desk!
