yeah the layout is nice, i dont think you could of picked a better style it looks great, the top banner/adverticement is in a neat spot and i like what you have done with the "Welcome to the Talk Fitness." for guests to read.
na man you have done well, i like it :) and good luck with your site.

I wouldn't change a thing m8, it's nice and cleanly laid out and as lassa said the welcome message is a nice touch.
