Great products

I have recently purchased some styles here and can vouch for their professional layout and structure. I do however have great concerns over the lack of answered questions in the forums. I have used several vbulletin style sites and this one has probably the best products and probably the worst support.

I'm glad you like our skin, however i do wold like to comment on our support practice as i think you might be a little confused on how to get support :Tongue:.

The forums on this website are here for Pre Sales questions and general enquiries, all of the other "hidden" forums are here for customers to talk and exchange tips and were add-ons and bonus are posted.

No Official support is provided on the forums, that is probably why you did not get a timely reply

If you need assistance, Please use the help desk or the bug tracker for a prompt reply.

Thank you, that helps a lot. I will make sure to route things correctly going forward. Like I said, the styles here are the best anywhere on the internet and they are very efficient for the amount of graphics and flare they provide. Thanks again and I think your response goes to prove me wrong about the support. I would recommend vbstyles.com to anybody.
