i want to put a shoutbox on the homepage and the arcade

what do i need to do please :S

You should head over to vbulletin.org and get yourself the shoutbox hack ;)
After that you can ask for support, if you have problem installing over where you bought your skin from....that from what I can see from your forum is not here...

yeah there is a shoutbox hack on vbulletin.org.

Also i would advice you not to install it because it has a large server load....
