Convert Ravio Skins

Hi,

I previously had a Ravio skin as well as an Emerge skin from Ravio.com
But ever since I have upgraded to the VB3.x and VBP3.x, I have had to discard it...
I personally like the looks of my previous Ravio and Emerge skins, and I still have the files that I purchased from them.
How much would it cost to convert them for use on my current site?
Please advice.

I'm not familiar with the Emerge skin so if you could post a screenshot or a PM a link to a live version of the skin.
