Since I have corrected a few minor problems here is another small update.
(This should be the final update until vbulletin 3.5)
CSS Changes in all Element Blue versions, to correct the Header background colour being purple before the images have loaded completely.
Additional CSS Definitions
Template changes In all Element Versions, to correct a problem when inserting a Banner on the right side of the logo.

New Templates Changes In all Element versions.
newreply_reviewbits
This affect the look of the forum when posting a reply to a post.
The review of previous post will now look like the rest of the skin ;)
