Back in October of 03 I purchased two themes during their "Buy 2, get 1 free" promotion. At that time I was unsure which third theme I wanted. I shot an e-mail to the support staff asking if I could pick my free theme at a later date. With no hesitation I was assured that this would be ok.

A few days ago I requested my third theme and it was given to me promptly with no problems.

These gentlemen are honest and fair.
