Use Skin for something other than VBulliten

I am interested in purchasing a skin to use in something other than the VBulliten system, can I do this?

no. The styles sold here are made for use specifically with vBulletin. Note the name, vbstyles. ^_^

You can use the skin for whatever pages you require, but the skin has been coded for use with vBulletin... It is vB that drives and generates the pages you see in the style. Not sure a vB skin is much use for anything else other than a vB system.
