Hi Stalker the vbulletin skins are made for vbulletin 3.01 they might work on RC2 but you should really upgrade your forum to version 3 gold or above to ensure you have the latest security fix from vbulletin.

Every skin comes with vbulletin 2 and 3 versions.

Download takes usually less than a few minutes from the moment you make the payment.

(please note that if you are using a paypal echeck it might take longer, normal paypal transaction are instant :) )
